We are incredibly proud of our jewellery, and we want you to feel the same way. If you for any reason regret a purchase, we will buy back your jewellery.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions as set out below are applicable to all orders placed by a customer on www.arildlinks.com. By placing an order you are entering into an agreement with Arild Links as specified above.
Note that placing an order is a confirmation that you are 18 (eighteen) or older and have not had a legal guardian been appointed to you. Note that we do not enter into any agreement with individuals who are under 18 (eighteen) years of age and that your purchase is conditional on you accepting these terms and conditions.
Arild Links may at their sole discretion at any time make amendments to these terms and conditions without giving prior notification to you as a customer. Should amendments be made after you have placed your order, it will be the terms and conditions present at the website at the time of purchase that is applicable to your purchase.
Should any of the terms and conditions below be found invalid by a court only those terms and conditions should be subject to the invalidity and the rest of the terms and conditions will continue to apply.
Placing an Order
A placed order becomes permanent upon confirmation and you thereby accept and agree to pay the price as specified in the confirmation. Your order will be confirmed through e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided us with upon placing your order (“Order Confirmation”). Once this confirmation has been received by you, a binding agreement will have been entered into between you and us.
Fulfilment of an order is always subject to availability of the products ordered and we reserve the right to deny an order for any given reason including if the product is out of stock. In such a case Arild Links will not be liable for any damage or cost other than refund you the price for the products.
We further reserve the right to cancel an agreement without being liable for loss, costs or damage if any of the following scenarios are present: Your billing address have been incorrectly provided to us, there was an error in the price displayed at arildlinks.com, your order could not be delivered to the address provided, if we are notified that your order is susceptible to fraud or due to an event that lies beyond our control (See Force Majeure).
Orders will be delivered at our earliest convenience to the address you have provided to us and according to the specifications in the Order Confirmation. Before placement of your order, we will provide you with information regarding the details of the expected delivery.
Should the delivery time for any reason exceed 30 (thirty) days you are entitled to cancellation of your order with full refund for payment of the ordered products.
All prices shown at arildlinks.com are in SEK and included of relevant taxes, including VAT, but not of delivery charges. Charges for delivery will be added upon entering the “checkout-area” where these charges will be clearly indicated and added to the final price for the order.
All items available to order through arildlinks.com can be returned within  days from you receiving the product by using the “return form” provided with the delivery of your order. A standard form found at www.konsumentverket.se can also be used for returns. The returned product(s) should be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were when you received them.
We do not accept returns of damaged products if they were not damaged upon you receiving them, but should your product(s) have defects that were present upon delivery please see the section for “Guarantee” below. Please note that products that have been made to order cannot be returned.
We will stand the cost for you returning a product provided that it is delivered from Sweden and you use the return form provided with the order. We do not have the possibility to stand the cost for international returns.
Upon returning the order in part or in full we will refund the you whatever payment you have provided us with within  (fourteen) days. If you return part of your order we hold the right not to refund you of delivery charges.

Should any of your ordered products have any manufacturing defects Swedish consumer laws will be applicable. If you wish to make a complaint for a defect product, please return the product(s) to us by using the return form within 2 (two) months from noticing the defect.
We are not under any obligation to correct the product, replace it or refund you if we notice that the defect stems from any of the following situations:
- Wear and tear that is not considered normal for the product
- Any defect that comes from you trying to repair or in other ways modify the product
- Misuse or careless treatment of the product
- Use that is opposed to our recommendations Payment

If your chosen mode of Payment is PayPal we will first check the validity of your PayPal account and ensure that there are enough funds there to cover the order you want to place with us. If everything is in order the amount will be reserved but not debited until the products are dispatched.
Credit och Debit Card (VISA and Mastercard)
You pay with a valid credit or debit card by entering your payment details when placing an order. We reserve the right to conduct a validity check of the card and ensure there are enough funds on your account to cover your order. Upon entering your information we will reserve an amount on your account that is not debited until the products have been dispatched.
If you want to pay for your order through invoice, this will be sent out electronically by Klarna to the e-mail address you have provided us with. Your payment is due within thirty (30) days from the statement date.
If you are paying by invoice please note that we reserve the right to conduct a credit check on you where we review your credit history with the help from credit and fraud prevention companies. This will show on your credit file which may be seen by other companies. We may share some of your personal information with the companies helping us with these checks, please see our Privacy Notice for more information.
Our liability shall not be limited to any matters for which it would be unlawful for us to limit our liability.
We shall not be liable for any indirect losses being the side effect of a main loss such as loss of profits or failure to deliver your goods. Neither will we be liable for situations caused by events that lies beyond our control (See Force Majeure)
Our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the price of your order.
We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by circumstances that lies beyond our control. Such situations include but is not limited to delays caused by flooding, storms, labour strikes, fire, fuel shortages riots, civil unrest, war or terrorist activity.
All intellectual property shown at arildlinks.com such as designs, trademarks and copyrights belong to Arild Links and will remain the property of Arild Links. Any and all use of intellectual property belonging to Arild Links for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law. In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court of law.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Should you wish to settle the dispute out of court, you as a consumer have the option to contact your local ADR Entity to file a complaint.
